Cómo va el otoño?
La verdad
que está siendo muy raro allende los mares... en España con un clima propio de
verano, el caribe con lluvias
intermitentes y un calor sofocante, en Nueva
York da gusto caminar por el sol, aunque en la sombra haga fresco.
Tuve un día
muy largo, y se me ocurrían mil y un modelitos, pero finalmente ganó la
comodidad y versatilidad frente a mis adorados vestidos.
Llevaba
tiempo queriendo visitar la boutique de
la estilista de Sexo en Nueva York Patricia Field, aprovechando el día soleado
y casi primaveral cuadré la visita y allí fui. Me sorprendió la amabilidad de
los dependientes, encantadores y con unos looks
muy llamativos, así como las piezas únicas que podemos encontrar! Os la
recomiendo!
Dance&Fashion es la exposición sobre Moda y Baile que se expone hasta enero
en el Fashion Institute of Technology,
espectacular!
Y sigue mi
periplo por Manhattan, otro lugar
que os recomiendo es Stone Street,
al lado de Wall
St. Una angosta calle que ofrece diferentes lugares de restauración,
con un ambiente afterwork que alegra
la vista ;) Caminando aproveché para tocar al toro de wall st, que viva la suerte
Para
terminar mi día tuve una reunión en uno de mis restaurantes Mexicano favorito en la gran Manzana, Crema, mejor no os cuento cuántos
postres pedí ;)
Cómo me vestí? Leggings estampados, camisa hecha a medida, mis
sandalias más cómodas y el único bolso que he traído dónde me cabe ‘casi’ todo
;)

temperatures are like in summer time, in Dominican Republic is raining and sunning, and in New York outside is
too sunny to stay inside ;)
With this glorious
weather I booked a full agenda... From attending the exhibition Dance&Fashion at FIT
to visit the speechless store of Sex and
the City custome’s Designer and Stylist
Patricia Field, an experience!
After my long walks I needed to recharge my energies
and went to have lunch to Stone St. A short street full of Wall St people looking for having fun after a
stressing day. And went to touch the bull’s
balls for good luck.
Oh my God, my day was not finished... Still have a
meeting in Crema Restaurant, my
favourite Mexican in Manhattan.
Do you
realise how I could afford this long day? Wearing comfortable
clothes, not what it was in my mind, but the best choise for a 8 a .m. to midnight compromises!
